About Me

Jonathan Hays is a Presbyterian Pastor who is not widely-recognized for anything. He has not produced any books or widely read articles. He struggles to read more than one serious book a month. His greatest media moment was hit in 1986 when he was interviewed by KIRO TV on his first day of school, where he confidently looked into the camera and told all of Seattle that he wasn’t scared of school because his mommy and daddy had told him all about it. He has been the subject of only one Federal investigation.

Jonathan is husband of Sarah, and daddy to their one year old daughter. They all really dig each other. Jonathan and Sarah have been married since 2001. They met at church, in case you were wondering.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Glasgow (Scotland, not Kentucky) where he studied at the Free Church College and learned Greek, Hebrew, and Western Isles Scottish. His first pastorate was as the Assistant Pastor of New Song Presbyterian Church in Salt Lake City, UT where he served for a year and a half.  He is now the Site Pastor of Crosspoint Church - Green Lake in Seattle, WA.
